2kilopaper Terms and Conditions

c) Application: It means “2kilopaper” software, which is designed for two operating systems, Android and iOS. This software is owned by “2kilopaper”.

d) 2kilopaper system: It means the set of software facilities of “2kilopaper” that provides services from user registration to support through the company’s human resources.

e) User: It means all persons (business registrants and contacts) who operate on the site or application of “2kilopaper” and in the future may be authenticated at different levels according to the discretion and methods determined by “2kilopaper”.

f) Intellectual assets: including and not limited to all texts, graphic designs, user interface, visual interface, photos, trademarks, logos, software codes and the structure and way of expressing and adjusting the content and content on the site and application of 2kilopaper.

g) User account: It is the login page of users to the “2kilopaper” website and application, where the user can access their information in the “Dashboard” section at any time.

h) Platform: It is an electronic platform that provides an online space for users to conduct direct transactions.

2-5 The user is responsible for the accuracy of his personal information and the content contained in the title and text of the business. Please note, it is emphasized once again that “2kilopaper” is a user-oriented platform and the user is responsible for the correctness of user information and the content of businesses as described above. “2kilopaper” reserves its right to authenticate and monitor the content of businesses within its capabilities, but such monitoring does not relieve the user’s responsibility and the final responsibility rests with the user.

2-6 All the contents on the website and application of “2kilopaper” must be in English language.

3-1 “2kilopaper” is committed to rectifying the defect in the system within the limits of its capabilities and is obliged to provide technical support for this system in the above-mentioned way.

3-2 Users can contact “2kilopaper” at all hours of the day and week by providing support, and “2kilopaper” is committed to providing the highest level of support services in its facilities and equipment as much as possible.

3-3 The user is advised to have a better experience using the “2kilopaper” site or application by watching the video tutorial or referring to the frequently asked questions section before contacting the support.

4.1 Any activity or action by the user in the process of publishing a business that includes the following is prohibited, and the responsibility for publishing such businesses as a violation of the rules and regulations lies with the user, and “2kilopaper” reserves the right to delete such businesses as soon as it becomes aware of them or upon receipt of a court order or third-party complaint. The user cannot object to this or request compensation. In cases of repeated or multiple such actions, “2kilopaper” reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the user’s activity on the website and application.

Prohibited activities include:

• Publishing any business that is on the list of prohibited goods and activities.
• Publishing duplicate businesses.
• Publishing any business that includes unrelated expressions or content.
• Publishing any business that includes obscene, immoral, or content that is contrary to public morals and good ethics.
• Publishing any business that includes insulting, libelous, or slanderous content, or violates the material and intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Publishing any business that includes political, social, or religious propaganda, personal opinions, or invitations to demonstrations and campaigns, or uses the facilities of “2kilopaper” for purposes other than those specified.
• Publishing any business in an incorrect category.
• Publishing any business with a vague or misleading title or content.
• Publishing any business that disrupts public order or is contrary to the values of “2kilopaper”.
• Publishing any business that violates intellectual property rights of “2kilopaper” or third parties.
• Publishing any business that is temporarily or permanently restricted or prohibited by specialized institutions.
• Publishing any business that promotes or facilitates hate speech, discrimination, or violence against marginalized or vulnerable groups, including ethnic, religious, or racial minorities, women, children, the elderly, and foreign migrants.

4.2 List of Prohibited Goods and Activities

Please note that the examples listed are not exhaustive and are only for the purpose of acquainting users, and the absence of a specific item from the list does not preclude future objections.

Prohibited Goods and Services

• Buying and selling oil, gasoline, and diesel fuel, and other petroleum products.
• Buying and selling cars that are mortgaged to a car manufacturer or any other natural or legal person, or are under any title of third-party rights.
• Buying and selling car vouchers.
• Buying and selling cars with temporary permits.
• Registering businesses that employ people under the age of 15.
• Businesses that involve bribery, gifts, or similar content.
• Buying, selling, and donating equipment of the Red Crescent and other public welfare institutions.
• Questions about driving tests for cars and motorcycles.
• Businesses that offer fake, counterfeit, or deceptive services.
• Promoting and advertising unofficial religions, deviant sects, or insulting official religions.
• Movies and music that contain obscene, immoral, or unauthorized content, or violate copyright laws.

Businesses that violate environmental protection laws

• Birds of prey and birds such as partridges, nightingales, and similar species.
• Mammals, wild animals, endangered species, and any animal whose buying and selling is not legal.
• Reptiles such as scorpions, spiders, lizards, iguanas, monitor lizards, turtles, and similar species.
• Meat of animals that do not have legal slaughter and sale.
• Animals preserved in alcohol or taxidermy (dried).
• Fighting or racing between animals, or encouraging and promoting such activities.
• Tools of torture and any form of violence against animals, and occult goods.

4.3 Photo Publishing Policies in Businesses

4.3.1 The user is responsible for photos related to their business, just like words and expressions, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country, the terms and conditions of the “2kilopaper” website, and with respect for the rights of third parties. It is essential that users use real, high-quality, and relevant images for their products or services, with a maximum size of 5 megabytes.

If one or more of the following conditions apply to a business image, “2kilopaper” reserves the right to prevent the publication of the image or delete the business:

• Images that are too small or of poor quality.
• Using unrelated images to the product or service.
• Using images belonging to another business on “2kilopaper”.
• Using screenshots or downloaded images.
• Using images created with artificial intelligence, 3D software, or unrealistic images.
• Images that require rotation.
• Using images of prohibited goods or services.
• Using images that are contrary to public morals
• Displaying prices, phone numbers, emails, or website addresses in the image.
• Images containing text, descriptions, business names, or any promotional expressions.

5.1 “2kilopaper” reserves the right to remove any businesses that are inconsistent with its publishing policies whenever it deems necessary.

5.2 “2kilopaper” reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or block the accounts of users who do not comply with the rules and regulations outlined in this document, at its discretion, in order to increase the security level of its users.

5.3 Users can assist “2kilopaper” in addressing any problems or inappropriate content by contacting support, and “2kilopaper” will take technical and legal decisions to reduce potential risks and increase the quality of its services alongside its users.

5.4 Misusing the “2kilopaper” website and application in any way, using malicious programs, robots, crawling information, using disruption services, or any other malicious method to access the website, application, and its contents, including phone numbers, images, and business descriptions, through any system or network is prohibited. If such activities are detected, “2kilopaper” reserves the right to pursue legal action. Additionally, “2kilopaper” may limit or block access to the website and application for the offending user at its discretion.

6-1 In general, using the services of “2kilopaper” is free, and “2kilopaper” will try to keep it free as much as possible, but using special services of “2kilopaper” requires payment based on the tariff of “2kilopaper” services. 6-2 “2kilopaper” may adjust the cost of the aforementioned services, in which case the service tariff page will be updated. Continued use of the services by the user means acceptance of the costs and no objection.

7. General Provisions

7.1 “2kilopaper” website and application provide users with a space created by computer, telecommunications, and communication systems under their control, allowing users to store, process, and publish data on internal or international networks or for any other purpose. Therefore, the “2kilopaper” website and application provide users with a space on their computer system to publish their businesses, and the publication is done directly by the user, without any interference from “2kilopaper”.

7.2 By using the “2kilopaper” website and application, users agree that “2kilopaper” is not responsible for the actions of other users. However, due to “2kilopaper”‘s concern for maintaining user tranquility, it is recommended that users always read the safe buying guide on the website or application before making a purchase.

7.3 All content of businesses, including subject, descriptions, links, etc. are provided by users, so “2kilopaper” has no responsibility in this regard, including but not limited to guaranteeing quality, security, price, etc. Users must always take necessary precautions when conducting transactions and note that publishing a business on “2kilopaper” does not mean that “2kilopaper” assumes responsibility or guarantees the accuracy of the content, price, security, or other aspects.

7.4 “2kilopaper” is not responsible for any problems that may arise from using online payment gateways.

7.5 “2kilopaper” is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from users’ interactions with each other, even if the damages are foreseeable.

7.6 “2kilopaper” has no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or authenticity of information published by users. The responsibility for verifying the accuracy of information lies with the user who published the business and the user who intends to make a transaction or interact with the business owner, and “2kilopaper” has no liability in this regard.

7.7 “2kilopaper” has no responsibility for any physical or psychological harm, death, or injury resulting from users’ negligence or the business owner’s actions, whether material or immaterial.

7.8 “2kilopaper” has no responsibility for any cheating or deceitful behavior by users.

7.9 “2kilopaper” has no responsibility for any business losses, including loss of profit, income, use, production, savings, business, contracts, or business opportunities.

7.10 “2kilopaper” has no responsibility for any damages resulting from hacking, interruption of services, technical issues, internet outages, or loss of records and information due to similar reasons. This includes unforeseen or uncontrollable events and force majeure, despite “2kilopaper”‘s reasonable and customary efforts to protect users’ rights.

7.11 “2kilopaper” has no responsibility for any damages resulting from users sharing their information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or activation links, with third-party individuals or entities, including websites or applications other than the official “2kilopaper” website or application. Any resulting responsibility lies with the owner of the email address or phone number.

8. General Provisions

“2kilopaper” has tried as much as possible to block the methods of fraud and to block the offending users who intend to commit criminal acts and to provide reports and information related to the violations to the competent authorities. These actions are in spite of the non-responsibility condition of “2kilopaper” due to the nature of the platform and related laws and the acceptance of users and in line with the policies and values ​​of “2kilopaper”.

By using “2kilopaper” the users consent to the above framework and especially agree that if they take an action that is a violation or a crime according to the contractual conditions or applicable laws, “2kilopaper” has the right to determine its own measures to deal with committed the violation.

2kilopaper reserves the right to take strong action against the perpetrators, including but not limited to blocking, suspension, etc., against any misbehavior that disturbs the peace of users or harms them, such as fraud and causing disturbance to users.

“2kilopaper” may use cookies to collect information. A cookie is a file that is created by a browser at the request of a site and allows the site to save visits and customize them.

In case of any dispute between the user and “2kilopaper”, the parties will try to resolve the matter through negotiation as much as possible. In this regard, the user is committed to cooperate with “2kilopaper” and provide the necessary information and attend face-to-face or online meetings if necessary.

If an agreement is not reached within 10 days from the date of announcing the intention to resolve the dispute through negotiation, “2kilopaper” will appoint an independent and specialized legal expert to review the matter and resolve the dispute with the user’s consent. If the dispute is not resolved for any reason, each of the parties will be free to refer to the judicial authority.
